Erin Lindsey, RN, is a neonatal and pediatric nurse and mom of three, and the founder of The Mama Coach. She supports families from pregnancy through the first year and beyond with evidence-based, real-life guidance on newborn behavior, feeding, and sleep.

Erin is passionate about helping parents feel confident during those early weeks while also improving sleep for babies and toddlers. She also teaches CPR and choking response classes and is a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST), offering car seat installation and fit support.

Her approach is practical, supportive, and tailored to each family—so parents can feel prepared, confident, and supported from day one.
