IN-PERSON (LOCAL) vs VIRTUAL GROUPS: Currently, local groups are forming in the NOVA/DC, Denver CO & Austin TX areas. You will receive an email reply with your group option(s) for a Local Group, if one is available. If you are not in one of these areas, you will be contacted if/when there are enough moms in your area to start a group.

ONE-TIME FEE: The one-time fee is due only after you approve of your local group option. This payment may be paid in two installment if necessary. Group fees are: NOVA/DC $87, Denver, CO $77 and Austin, TX $67

After completing this form, you will be redirected to the Mamistad Events Page where you can RSVP for a short (free) New Member Zoom Call so we can meet and answer all your questions. You must attend a New Member Zoom Call before being placed in any Mamistad group. Need a weekday call? Let us know!
