Erin Bascom is a DONA-certified birth doula who has been serving families in the DC/northern Virginia area since 2022, supporting birthing families in starting their parenthood journey from a place of emotional safety, physical support, and evidence-based decision-making paired with your body’s intuition. Erin has over a decade of experience working in public health before taking on birth work and believes everyone should have access to birth doula care. She spent two years as a Labor Support Volunteer at VHC in addition to taking private clients, and has experience working with insurance reimbursement for doula services.
