Hi, I'm Tiffany Green, Founder & Owner of Nounou Nanny. I am so pleased to present Nounou Nanny as the product of more than 15 years of nannying and childcare service in the Washington metropolitan area. I hold a Master’s degree in fine arts and humanities and have over 5 years of professional experience in Account Management and Development. During my professional tenure working in the private sector, I simultaneously worked in childcare as a babysitter. Childcare has always been my gift and passion. I have had the pleasure of working with numerous, wonderful families from all backgrounds, nationalities, and cultures. As a result, I have learned a great deal about what it means to be an integral and trustworthy part of a family unit. Through conversation, practice, and exposure I have developed a unique methodology for matching like-minded, compassionate families with their ideal nanny.
As a DC area native, I have successfully built a robust community of parents, sitters, and nannies alike. I have experienced and treasured a very special bond between children and their nannies. My mission is to help create harmony and balance between families and caregivers in the home and. Parents deserve to feel secure and well-informed during the nanny hiring process, as it can be confusing and stressful at times. I strive to lead parents through this process of hiring a nanny with ease and comfort.
Through research, I regularly explore effective and interesting ways for children to grow and develop. I also ensure that all Nounou Nanny affiliates are up to date on emerging and trial-proven childcare methodologies and approaches. This is achieved by encouraging constant dialogue and implementing scheduled follow-ups with placed nannies and babysitters.
Childcare goes so far beyond “watching” children, and Nounou nannies go above and beyond their title of “nanny.” When vetting and interviewing nannies, I encourage them to discuss their personal interests and talents, and how they can apply them to enrich the families they work with.
Each individual has a story, a life, and a gift to give. My gift is to match talented individuals with ideal families. I look forward to connecting your family with the dynamic childcare provider who will help make your household complete.
