Looking for help with breastfeeding or pumping?
Virginia Hospital Center hosts a free breastfeeding support group!
You don't need to register, but please email childbirtheducation@vhchealth.org to let us know you're coming.
Come to our support group, led by an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant® (IBCLC). Ask questions and get guidance in a kind, nonjudgmental space with other new moms. Babies are welcome, and you may feed or care for your infant during the session.
Have a baby in the neonatal intensive care unit? You're also welcome. We can answer questions and support milk supply.
