Description:

The postpartum period can be wonderful, exhausting, and full of surprises. In this interactive session, postpartum doula Beka Atwater will discuss the top three challenges she sees families face again and again during the first months with a baby, along with practical ways to prepare for and address them.

After a brief presentation, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, and learn from both the doula and one another in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
