About the Event

Having a baby can impact your relationship in ways you may not expect. More responsibilities, less sleep, shifting roles, and the constant demands of caring for a baby can make it harder to stay connected to each other. Babyproofing Your Relationship is a practical couples session designed to help you prepare for that transition – before you’re in the middle of it.

Together, we’ll talk through the areas that commonly create tension for new parents, including communication, childcare, mental load, money, intimacy, parenting differences, and boundaries with extended family.

You'll leave with a better understanding of each other's expectations, practical strategies for communicating, and rituals of connection that fit easily into busy schedules. You’ll learn how to maintain – and even deepen – your bond as you embark on this new journey together. Because having a baby impacts your relationship, yes – but that doesn’t have to be a bad thing.…
