Classes are held on Sundays 12-3PM at a wellness studio in Falls Church, Virginia and are best for parents in the second and third trimesters. We will cover third trimester body care, how labor starts and progresses, unmedicated labor techniques and breathing skills, medical inductions, epidurals, and an intro postpartum, and SO MUCH MORE! You'll receive a student workbook and a private birth planning meeting with Lauren, a certified childbirth educator and birth doula.
