Alison Levy is a registered nurse and an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Owner of The Milkmaid. Alison has always been fascinated by the everyday miracles of birth, babies and breast milk. She has devoted her 24+ year nursing career to childbearing families and has been a certified lactation consultant – her true calling – for the last 15. She finds it incredibly rewarding to make breastfeeding easier and more successful for families. Alison currently practices both in the hospital and home settings.
