Series 1: July 3, 10, 17, 24 from 12-3pm at the Falls Church Wellness Center - best for parents due August-October 2022
Ready to meet other local expectant parents and dive deep into the world of labor and birth? Join me me for this four-week comprehensive childbirth education series that will leave you with not just knowledge, but POWER, because you will be fully prepared for any turn your birthing may take. Classes are held on Sundays 12-3PM at a wellness studio in Falls Church, Virginia and are best for parents in the second and third trimesters. We will cover third trimester body care, how labor starts and progresses, unmedicated labor techniques and breathing skills, medical inductions, epidurals, and an intro postpartum, and SO MUCH MORE! You'll receive a student workbook and a private birth planning meeting with Lauren, a certified childbirth educator and birth doula.
