About the Event

Join 3 professionals as they provide ways to achieve wellness in the mind and body. Learn simple tools to feel your best, protect against/heal from pelvic floor disorders, & improve mood and overall functioning.   Megan is a perinatal mental health therapist. She will offer tools to improve mindfulness so that you can feel your best and avoid the perfectionism and guilt traps that often impact women.  Katie is a pelvic floor therapist. She will explain the anatomy of the pelvic floor, how it connects to the rest of your body, and techniques that help strengthen, heal and prevent future pelvic floor injuries.   Shannon is will offer a mini yoga session that integrates techniques to bring peace to mind, body, and soul.
