MIDWIFERY

The Center for Midwifery Group in Aurora, CO.

"They work with unmedicated birth plans and incorporate more alternative therapies into their care (nitrous oxide, acupuncture, pelvic floor therapy, aromatherapy, herbs, etc....). They are also highly caring. I had a traumatic birth and heard lots of negative comments during my c-section. They followed up with me and ensured they would share my feedback with the OB team that did my surgery. They were also very concerned about my wellbeing as a whole, not just what was going on with mom and baby, but my mental health, my social health, and my relationship with my partner. Their group also has an enmeshed postpartum mental health group that they immediately connected me with in the hospital. It and its support group have been immensely helpful during my postpartum period."
