Welcome

In early 2006, I and seven other girls found each other while seeking support during our pregnancies. We moms (Mamis) soon formed a friendship (Amistad) and started our own group called, Mamistad. We realized that no one could understand us like we understood each other. We do lunch, we stress, we cry, we laugh, we eat chocolate, we share info, we email, we do dinner, we shop, we chat on the phone (at all hours), we educate each other, we support each other! Now, we look forward with anticipation, to our future, and that of our beautiful babies! Mamistad’s mission is to assist you in creating your own group; a warm and safe environment in which to experience a most amazing time of your life (your first pregnancy and delivery). Connecting you with other women like you, in your area. We encourage you to share it all and get everything you can out of this incredible journey - together.
